Jim Foret graciously donated all of the plants for our meditation garden and side yard at our yoga building. The gardeners in our New Iberia City Park yoga community have a mindfulness practice of checking for the first new growth in spring and the resulting blooms on a particular shrub. Our Grancy Graybeard or White Fringe tree has made its spring debut. Observing cycles in nature is a true practice in mindful awareness and the glorious rhythms of the world we live in🥰
