New Hope Women of Today We volunteer our time, raise funds for charities, and provide informational seminars that are open to the public. Members can be as involved as they want to be.

New Hope Women of Today is part of the Minnesota Women of Today and United States Women of Today organizations, a non-profit organization dedicated to the betterment of our community. We have speakers attend our meetings, challenge o

Hoppity Hoppity....Easter's on its way!!!!! 🐰💛 We're beaming with pride and gratitude as our amazing member Jean S. inspires us with her dedication to this heartwarming project in our chapter for the third consecutive year!

Through her remarkable leadership, our chapter members joined others to spread love and kindness by collecting and donating new bunnies and springtime friends to Mary's Place run by Sharing and Caring Hands This year, Jean's goal of 300 was shattered with an astonishing 433 bunnies and springtime friends collected, a true testament to the power of community and compassion! 💕

Brief History of the Bunny Drive by Jean:
This annual donation of bunnies originated over 25 years ago by my mother who at the time worked for Medica. She felt that all kids needed a bunny to hug even if their family could not provide one. So she started encouraging her colleagues to donate a toy bunny to be distributed to the needy children during Easter time. She soon became known as the “bunny lady”. It continues to be an annual event where over 1,000 cuddly creatures are donated each year (on pause from 2020-2023). Mom recruited U. S. Energy now World Kinect Energy Services to join the drive in 2008.
