By building a relationship with my clients, I can help you stay motivated and on-task, helping you move toward your long term far-reaching goals. Every client jointly signs a commitment contract with their life coach. I set the terms of the commitment contract to fit your individual goals and plans. The first step is to schedule an introductory session. In that session, we will get an idea of how well we work together and what our next steps should be from there. Every bag of groceries and every supply donated makes that possible.

Most people don’t see this side of caregiving.

Groceries. Cleaning supplies. Basic essentials.

These help individuals stay in their homes with dignity. Not everyone has family to help them.

Some of our elderly and disabled clients rely on community donations just to have food and basic supplies.

Today we’re making sure they’re not forgotten.

The building manager evacuated the building due to maintenance. Although an indoor activity was preplanned, the client expressed a preference to go to the waterfront. While this was not the original plan, the client enjoys simple experiences when outside, such as feeling the cold air, which supported his emotional well-being.
