Join our fight for a future together.

Engender was founded in 2016 on the belief that all people should be treated as just that: people. No one should be judged or denied opportunity based on their gender, race, or any other characteristic. Unfortunately, our campus and our country remain deeply unequal, segregated, and divided, but we aim to change this status quo.

We believe a stronger, fairer, more equal future is not only possible, but just on the horizon. Integrating women into fraternities would create spaces where students of all genders respect each other and work together as equals. “Separate but equal” has failed; “together but different” must be our future.
