Our 15th annual event is June 14/15 in Dunkerton, Iowa. Registration is now open for the 5k.

Alive and Running is the 2nd largest su***de prevention event held annually in Iowa and most likely the lowest costing 5k run/walk in our state.
This event is great for runners looking to get in a 5k race in June. Event is also powerful for those that have lost someone to su***de, struggled with mental health, or want to learn more about how to help others. A great community event that is impactful and memorable.
