This Pride Month, Jawonio proudly celebrates the strength, diversity, and contributions of the LGBTQ+ community. We recognize that true inclusion means creating spaces where everyone belongs, is respected, and has the opportunity to thrive.
As allies, advocates, and champions of equity, we stand together in support of dignity, acceptance, and opportunity for all. Because when we lift up every voice and show our humanity, our communities become stronger.
Happy Pride Month! 🏳️‍🌈

Our 38th Annual Golf Outing at Paramount Country Club on Monday, June 1st is about far more than golf.
We know what you’re thinking:
Will Scottie Scheffler be there? Rory McIlroy? Maybe Nelly Korda?
Well… not exactly.
While we can’t promise a Masters champion, a PGA TOUR superstar, or the No. 1 Golfer in the world will be joining us on the course this year we can promise something even more meaningful...a day filled with community, generosity, laughter, and purpose to raise funds for children and adults with special needs.

As Mental Health Awareness Month comes to a close, we proudly recognize the incredible staff of Jawonio PROS and Care Management. 💚
Their compassion, commitment, and dedication help individuals in our community find support, connection, hope, and pathways toward wellness every single day. The impact they make extends far beyond the walls of our programs.
Thank you for all you do not just this month, but every day.

Some stories deserve more than a quick scroll. This is one of them.

Amanda Olachea’s journey is powerful, honest, inspiring, and a reminder of what resilience, opportunity, and community support can truly make possible. While it may be a longer read, every paragraph matters and every moment is worth it.

Take a few minutes today to read about our wonderful Jawonio IT Team member and her story and see the impact of inclusion, determination, and hope in action.

Recently, we wrapped up another wonderful school year at our preschool. This week, we shine the spotlight on one of our outstanding teachers, Lucille Kelly, who has been with Jawonio for 15 years.

On behalf of all of us at Jawonio, we wish you and your families a safe, reflective and peaceful weekend. A special shout out to our DSPs who work weekends and holidays away from their own families caring for our most vulnerable individuals.

Here is a Memorial Day reflection from Jawonio on service, sacrifice, and community. This piece honors those we’ve lost while reflecting on the freedoms and dignity their service protects. We invite you to read it here on Linked In - https://shorturl.at/wktSs and join us in remembrance.
