DANCING our way into the MADNESS of a new season! Each yeah we continue to expand our program in new ways and this year is no different. Our community and inclusivity has continued to progress and we have remained steady in our commitment to both. With 121 teams, a growing Rochester (SE) program, over 100 athletes in the scholarship program, and 29 Alliance teams, the Heat’s footprint is all over and holding strong! 🔥👣

Thank you to all of the people involved with our program - players, families, coaches, and staff. We wouldn’t be in the position we are today without all of your support.

Heat Christmas is back! 🎄Our Heat program had a great 2024. Our spring program had roughly 120 teams. Our program in Rochester continues to grow in Year 4. Our tournaments also hit record numbers in terms of total teams participating. The Meg Vang tournament ran again and hosted 450+ teams‼️

Our Heat Christmas this December is in its 14th year of existence. Each year, we choose 8-12 kids from our program who come from financially challenged backgrounds and take them out to dinner and a retail store for them to pick out a few items to receive as presents. Last year was our biggest and best year with donations yet thanks to many of you!

In order to bring more participants, we reach out to our friends and family for a monetary donation. Please feel free to donate whatever amount you would like. The standard donation is $20. 100% of what you can donate goes directly to the kids participating in the event and will determine how many gifts each kid receives and how many kids we can get involved.

The donation link can be found below. Credit cards are accepted even if you do not have a Paypal account.
Receipts will be sent out automatically if an email address is entered. Occasionally people will have issues donating through Paypal, if that pops up for you, just send us a message. Heat always rises! ❤️

Minnesota Heat Nonprofit is a 501(c)(3) youth organization. Financial support for Minnesota Heat’s events is a tax-deductible contribution.

Over 20 YEARS, we have expanded to become the largest AAU program in the Midwest. Our footprint and inclusivity grows and provides more and more opportunities each year. And this year is no different! Our technology, network, impact, and efficiency has never been greater and we can’t wait to see what the next 20 will look like!
