REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP): Strategic Planning for the Texas Children in Nature Network

The Hill Country Collaborative is seeking a qualified consultant or team to lead the development of a Strategic Plan for the next three years (2027–2030). This plan will guide TCINN-HC’s efforts in deepening and expanding its impact on connecting children with nature in the Texas Hill Country. The strategic plan will be informed by input from key stakeholders, including community leaders, educators, conservationists, and families, to create a shared vision for the region's future and outline concrete actions for meeting these goals.
Project Budget: $4500

Our Conservation Legacy staff, along with a host of volunteers, enjoyed the opportunity to connect New Braunfels Christian Academy students with conservation and stewardship activities in a wonderful outdoor classroom setting at the Seguin ISD Irma Lewis Outdoor Learning Center. Thank you to the New Braunfels Herald-Zeitung for spreading the word!

A big thank you to New Braunfels Herald-Zeitung's Erica Wilson for the front page article featuring our Land, Water & Wildlife Expedition with New Braunfels Christian Academy students at The Irma Lewis Seguin Outdoor Learning Center. Thanks to TWA members, donors and landowners, nearly 3,000 Texas middle school students will experience this ultimate outdoor classroom this year.
