Kids who had to grow up too fast.
Kids who pack their lives into trash bags.
Kids who don’t know where they’ll sleep next… or who they’ll be with.

It’s not just “a system.”
It’s missed birthdays.
New schools.
Goodbyes they didn’t choose.

But it’s also this,
People who open their homes anyway.
Who show up.
Who love without knowing how long they’ll have them.

Foster care isn’t just about saving kids.
It’s about giving them stability, safety, and a chance.

So today,
pay attention.
Support it.
Speak up.

Because every child deserves more than survival.

✨ WE DID IT!!! ✨

What started with hope, hard work, and a whole lot of heart has now become official…

Corbin’s Foster Closet Inc. is now a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit!

We have waited for this moment with so much anticipation (and yes… a little anxiety too), and it means everything to finally say—it’s real.

This milestone is more than paperwork. It’s the beginning of something bigger… the ability to reach more children, support more foster families, and make an even greater impact in our community.

Corbin’s Foster Closet Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ensuring that children entering the foster care system have their essential needs met. Many children are placed into foster homes with little notice—often in the evening—and some arrive with nothing more than the clothes they are wearing.

Our mission is to support both foster children and foster families by providing access to clothing, essential items, and baby gear when they need it most. Through Corbin’s Foster Closet, foster families will be able to visit and select the items necessary to help children feel safe, comfortable, and cared for during an incredibly difficult transition.

Corbin’s Foster Closet Inc. operates entirely through the generosity of donations and the dedication of volunteers. We urgently need community support to help us prepare for opening.
