See you on June 24th!!!

Every generation experiences the world differently, but when we come together to talk about mental health, healing happens. 💜💚
We are proud to present “What’s Tea: Generations In Bloom,” a dedicated intergenerational mental health panel happening during the Uplift Her 2026 experience. This special segment is specifically calling in youth-aged girls between 12 and 17 for an open, honest, and supportive conversation.
From Gen X wisdom to Gen Z reality, our incredible lineup of local leaders and advocates will delve into the unique mental health challenges our youth face today, and how we can collectively support their growth and emotional wellness.
✨ Our Powerful Lineup:
Moderators: Charity Harrison (Millennial) & Dawn Turnage (Gen X)
Panelists: Carol Waytes (Gen X), Ivory Levert (Millennial), and Kristina Bista (Gen Z)
Presented in collaboration with Beautifully Flawed, this is an afternoon of connection you do not want your daughters, nieces, or mentees to miss.

Our Founder & Executive Director (Charity Harrison, LPCC) and Board VP (Rhyan McCoy, LSW) had a great time presenting a mental health and wellness training at the 2026 School Success Conference! This year’s theme, “Stronger Together: Cultivating Responsive School Communities,” brought together hundreds of adults serving young people to provide tools and resources.

Thank you to all of the conference’s sponsors and organizers for demonstrating what it means to be “Stronger Together” 💜♥️

CONGRATS to our very own, Sumaya, on being recognized as Femergy 2026 Rising Change Agent!!! 💐

🗣️ Let’s gas our girl up and talk about her impact:

Sumaya co-created with peers an affirming apparel line using fearless storytelling and art as a form of activism to reach hundreds. Through the apparel line and grant presentations, Sumaya has raised $4,000 to provide mental health education for future Beautifully Flawed®️ cohorts. As Centennial High School’s Senior Class President, she organized a powerful protest against racial injustice and law enforcement brutality, mobilizing students and proving that youth leadership can confront systems and demand change. Through 50+ hours of dedicated community service within our organization, Sumaya didn’t just participate with us—she built momentum, expanded access, and ignited a culture of courage, care, and action wherever she led for communities who need it most.

She IS the IT girl!!! Always and forever. We are so proud of you

🩷💜Thank you Femergy®️ for recognizing girls and women making a positive impact.

🏌🏾‍♀️Join us May 9th at Femergy’s®️ annual Golf Classic as we celebrate all of the recipients and support Femergy’s®️ health & wellness, education, and leadership development initiatives! www.femergy.org/golfclassic
