The Lesser Magistrate Doctrine….NOW is the time to use it. It has become very clear to anyone with any sense that the fools in Washington and the rest of the federal government do NOT have the American people’s best interests at heart and we must now focus on involvement in the local and state governments to push back against what is quickly becoming tyranny.
What is this doctrine? I am glad you asked….
The doctrine states that when higher civil authorities create and promote unjust laws/orders/decrees the lesser civil authorities have the right and duty to refuse to obey and should actively resist those authorities.
We also need to remember that state sovereignty is retained regardless of federal foolishness and this is supported by the 10th amendment: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are RESERVED to the States respectively, or to the people.
My goal for this page is to network with like minded individuals at the local and state level to make sure we are aware of current issues and that our viewpoints are represented in the appropriate forums. I have added several groups that people can join and am willing to add additional groups if someone is interested.
Ideally, I am hoping to find a leader for each group that will moderate for content and civility.
If conservatives start showing up at these meetings in greater numbers we will be successful in stopping the liberal agendas that many in our government are trying to push through.
