We are always sad to report when a historic property has fallen. Specific with this situation we are also grateful to the Nebraska City Police & Fire and Rescue (including surrounding area support) for evacuating everyone, including beloved pets, safely. 146 years-this house has watched Nebraska City change and grow.
What other historic property losses do you remember? One that comes to mind is the fire which destroyed the Grand Hotel on Main street……….do you remember that? Or others? Share your memories with us!
