Friends of Santa Rosa Veterans Treatment Court

More than 600 families were fed today with 30,000 pounds of food, and we were privileged to be part of it. Thank you Feeding the Gulf Coast, Be the Miracle, CERT, the HER Foundation, other supporting nonprofits, and our Friends Board of Directors and Mentors who support the Santa Rosa Veterans Treatment Court. The volunteers were AWESOME! It was hot but so worth it, and we didn't arrive until after 11 a.m., because we had Veterans Treatment Court. We were told lines were forming at 4 a.m. Nothing could have happened without the Welcome Church Assembly of God location in East Milton and the Santa Rosa County deputies who helped with traffic control - Amen!

Joshua, shout out to you for your pack-horse capabilities and willing attitude to help with the heavy stuff! Kudos to your employer, Bellcore Commercial Real Estate, for allowing you to be there and supporting this effort in feeding those in need in Santa Rosa County today.

Call for Volunteers to assist American Legion Post 78 - Blue Wahoos Support

Since this Milton Post has been instrumental in opening up its venue to our VTC Veterans for AA Meetings, we are trying to assist in its call for Volunteers.

"June 2 is the largest number of volunteers we have ever needed for a single event, and we cannot do it without the support of our Legion Family and community.
The funds raised from working these games directly help American Legion Post 78 continue serving veterans, supporting youth programs, assisting military families, and maintaining a strong presence in our community.
If you are able to lend a hand for even one of these dates, please reach out to Post leadership as soon as possible. Your help truly makes a difference.
