ICYMI, there are several more affordable rental options in Natick at the moment. Please help us spread the word! There are ten units at the former Saint Patrick’s site that are now open on a first-come, first-served basis. These units will be awarded to the next eleven applicants who meet the required criteria. In addition, Union Place (across from the hospital) has eight units available, and Natick Corner has six units available. Both developments are currently accepting applications through February 9th as part of their lottery process.
