Last night, we held our second Natick Giving Club meeting! It was a small gathering, but the conversation was thoughtful, personal, and a wonderful reminder of how much important work is happening right here in our community.

September is an incredibly busy time, and we know how hard it can be to get away on a weeknight. Still, this group depends on people showing up: to listen, ask questions, vote, and help turn our individual contributions into something more meaningful. We would truly love to see more of you in the room next time -- and please feel free to bring a friend!

We were fortunate to hear from three terrific local organizations:

- OUT MetroWest represented by Sam Jean, provides welcoming programs and supportive communities for LGBTQ+ youth.
- Family Promise Metrowest, represented by Judy Dixon, helps families facing homelessness build stable, sustainable futures.
- The Redhawk Foundation, represented by Jessica Allain, Caroline Egnaczyk, and Meredith Shaw, works to expand opportunities and support for Natick students and families.

We’re so grateful to all of our presenters for sharing their time, their stories, and the work their organizations are doing.

Our next meeting will be Thursday, January 14 at 7:00 p.m. We’re skipping ahead to January to avoid the end-of-year holiday rush. Also, we are hopeful that we’ll also be gathering in a new (and better!) location. Stay tuned for that announcement!

MARK YOUR CALENDARS! ONE WEEK AWAY!

There's a new club in town, and you're invited to be part of it.

The very first Natick Giving Club meeting is NEXT Wednesday, March 25th at 7:00pm at Skybokx in Natick.

The Natick Giving Club is for people who want to do good together. Four times a year, we will gather to have fun together, hear short presentations from 3-4 local nonprofits, then vote to decide where our collective donations will go. Each member donates directly to the organization selected — simple, transparent, and impactful.

Our goal is to make giving feel energizing instead of overwhelming. The meetings are designed to be welcoming, social, and meaningful. Think friendly faces, great conversation, and the powerful feeling of being part of something that truly supports our local community.

There’s no long-term obligation to attend the first meeting — just come, see what it’s about, and decide if you’d like to join us going forward. Food and drinks will be available for purchase at Skybokx.

If you believe in local impact and want to be part of a group that’s turning small individual gifts into meaningful collective change, we’d love to see you there.

What Is the Natick Giving Club?

The Natick Giving Club brings together neighbors who want to do good - together.
