🍪 Meet our sister founder, Lexi Payne!

Lexi is a baker and currently enrolled in our Launch That Business, Sis Ready4Retail Food Program, where we work alongside women to bring their dreams from concept to the marketplace. She came to our program with a vision to commercialize her sweet treats—and we’re so proud that our kitchen is only the first step in her journey, and we promise you, everyone has been blown away by Lexi’s treats 💗

Starting July 11, Lexi will officially launch her sweet treats on DoorDash from 2-6pm🎉

This is exactly what our program is built for—helping underserved women turn their passion into real pathways to economic mobility.

In partnership with our community resource center, , we’re making menstrual products available to support organizations expanding hygiene access for women and girls across Middle Tennessee.
Eligibility requirements:
🤍 Must be located in and serving Middle TN
🤍 Must demonstrate need or provide proof of an existing program
🤍 Must have an EIN, 501(c)(3) status, or fiscal sponsorship

We’re committed to distributing these resources with integrity, dignity, and purpose—not just giving, but supporting real impact.

Big news for our Girl C.O.D.E sisters ✨

We’re excited to share that under outreach program, Girl C.O.D.E , has partnered with to support our wellness initiatives focused on holistic health and movement for our sisters.

Studies show that more than 60% of women struggle to prioritize wellness without access and support — and that’s why this partnership matters. When our sisters are supported in caring for their bodies and minds, confidence grows, energy shifts, and communities become stronger.
