As many of you know, Denise Upchurch has championed through a year of hardships after being diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer in 2014. After many treatments, surgeries, trials and tribulations, Denise and her family continue to work full time on moving forward with chemo treatments and living day-by-day in the hope of a brighter tomorrow.

A decade after their mom's courageous battle with cancer, the boys have blossomed into outstanding young men. With one on the cusp of college, we're proud of their resilience. We're also thankful for Alive Hospice's efforts, which allowed the donation of hundreds of Christmas trees to families in need, keeping Denise's memory alive in our hearts and in the Nashville and Murfreesboro communities. 🎄🎄🎄

This past weekend in Nashville and Murfreesboro, family and friends came together to honor the memory of Carolyn Denise Moss Upchurch. Delivering Christmas trees to the patients and families of Alive Hospice was a heartfelt tribute to her incredible legacy.
