Join Pinky Promise International & Dr. Vicki M. Johnson as we congratulate PPI c/o 2016 Alumni Cori A. Jones. Jewel Cori started Pinky Promise in the 6th grade and served in numerous leadership roles to include PPI Student Director of Middle School. Today, we are godly proud to announce her graduation from Thee Tennessee State University on May 2, 2026 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Cori has been accepted into the University of Arkansas's Class of Fall 2026 School of Medicine where she will pursue her Doctorate in Pharmacy.
We extend heartfelt gratitude to Pinky Parents Corey and Lavonya Jones for entrusting Cori into our care, granting us the privilege to nurture and help cultivate the gifts and purpose God has predestined for her life. What can be said about Pinky Mom LaVonya who was the traveling partner and onsite Mom for all annual PPI College Tour trips since Cori started in 2016. Big ugly tears are waling up as we see the growth and maturity of this beautiful doll that we can now call a college graduate. We pray God's favor and covering as she transitions to her next level in life. Send love and well-wishes to Cori and LaVonya!!! Help us celebrate this major accomplishment.
