Every toss supports the girls of Girls on the Run Middle Tennessee and helps us grow our program across the region.

Did you know Girls on the Run has a program specifically designed for middle schoolers? 💜

Heart & Sole is our program for girls in grades 6 through 8 — a safe, empowering space where older girls can slow down, go deeper, and discover who they are becoming.

Through movement, meaningful conversations, and real connection, Heart & Sole meets middle school girls exactly where they are — during one of the most important and challenging seasons of their lives.

Because this age matters. These girls matter. And they deserve a space that is built just for them.
