We are excited to announce our upcoming
PPMT Workshop with Jen Hargrove:
THE FINE ART STUDIO

Tuesday, November 10
🕘 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
📍 Angela’s Photography Studio
2197 Nonaville Rd., Mt. Juliet, TN 37122

Workshop Investment: $99

Jen is bringing us a packed day all about building a successful high-end fine art photography business — from character, pet and child portraits to seniors, landscapes, waterscapes, abstracts and more.

She’ll be covering things like:
• Client consultation and planning
• Posing and lighting
• Simple prop selection
• Creating fine art imagery
• Sales and favorite products
• Marketing
• Fundraisers and profitable mini sessions
• Pop-up and on-location studios
• Selling personal and landscape work through boutiques, shops, galleries and online
• And so much more!

BRING YOUR CAMERA!

Also bring any triggers you may have. We want to maximize our time together actually photographing and creating.

One really exciting bonus: instead of spending a large portion of our workshop day behind the computer, Jen will host a Zoom call for our class after she returns home to Wyoming and walk us through how she processes the images we create during the workshop. That gives us even MORE shooting time together!

LUNCH:
You may bring your own lunch, or add a boxed lunch for $15. Lunch choices will be offered closer to the workshop date.
We’ll continue answering questions and talking shop during lunch, so it’ll be a full day of learning and conversation.

Keith Dotson presented a slide show documenting work from recent photo projects, describing his techniques along the way. He followed up with a tactile “show & tell” with some of his photographic prints.

In addition to private collections across the globe, from L.A. to Charleston and Dubai to Canberra, photographs by Keith Dotson can be found on the walls of major hotels, banks and financial services firms, high-tech companies, universities, medical clinics, fine restaurants, and even on the walls at Amazon’s Nashville office tower. Among his collectors are celebrities from Nashville and Los Angeles, a New York Times best-selling author, a leading cast member from the classic TV series Seinfeld, a singer who is was inducted into the Grand Ol Opry, a leading actress from the classic TV series Designing Women, an art history professor and curator for the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C., the owner of an energy company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, a former owner of the Boston Celtics, and a Judge in the Nashville (Davidson County) Chancery Court. He also had some artwork on Grey’s Anatomy for several seasons on the bedroom walls of Dr Grey.

We all enjoyed and were inspired by his beautiful work. We are thankful he took the time to share with our group.
