PHOTOGRAPHERS - if you can come Friday afternoon between 3pm - 7pm to help load in and set up that would be much appreciated

Otherwise we will be meeting at Crosspoint at 8 AM on Saturday, December 2 and our first guests should be there around 9am or 10 AM

Saturday, December 5, 2015 from 7:00 AM

THERE WILL BE A LOAD IN & SETUP THE NIGHT BEFORE FRIDAY, DEC. 4TH - (approx. 4pm - 8pm)
Please come that night to set your back drops , lights, cameras, tripods, tape down cabling, etc...
We will not have enough time on Saturday to setup so you MUST load in & have your station fully up & running ready to be tested Friday night...
i will assign photographer groups / teams / sections then

WHAT TO BRING:

camera, lenses, studio lighting, cabling, triggers, cards, batteries... all the stuff you would bring to a full day photo shoot...

ALL SETUPS WILL BE SIMPLE BASIC 1 LIGHT SETUPS we need to keep the setups simple to eliminate issues & unnecessary clutter & cabling & space
there will be kids all over & we don't want anyone tripping or knocking over anything...

IF YOU HAVE A LAPTOP PLEASE BRING IT
we will be tethering straight to laptops to print directly from
also bring tethering USB cables if you have them

IF YOU DONT HAVE ANY OF THE ABOVE GEAR PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP AS LENSRENTALS.COM IS KINDLY DONATING ANY GEAR WE MAY BE LACKING...
