Our Adult Learn to Ride class is for students who have NEVER before ridden a bicycle, or for whom bicycle riding was never comfortable as a youth! Small group class, bike & helmet provided (you can also bring your own & we will assess for you!).

All Ages Learn to Ride rolls down to Antioch! We'll be offering this FREE class for ages 7 & up.

Limited tickets per age group available. We require registration confirmation prior to the class to make sure as many people as possible can attend!

All Ages Learn to Ride is also supported by the Jeff Roth Cycling Foundation.

Want to roll with a bunch of cool people? We'd love to see you at Pedal the Park with Friends of Shelby Park and Bottoms! Our first ride for August is coming up! Need a bike? Requests must be in by FRIDAY NIGHT (August 7th).

No-drop ride, casual pace, welcoming to beginning & returning riders. Wheels 20" & up are invited to join - youth riders must have accompanying adult along.

Join us after the park ride for PIZZA RIDE to for a TO GO slice (take out side) & then we'll dine al fresco under the East Nashville skyline. Bring $ for 🍕 or if you need us to spot you a slice, let us know.
