As featured on The Ellen Degeneres Show, Super Money Kids develops the dopest digital financial education lessons for youth and college students across the country. We license these digital lessons to schools, youth programs, colleges and universities. We are the creators of the Super Money Bank, which is an in-home bank for children that not only provides a place for them to save their money, but it is also engaging and educational. Over 10,000 young people have participated in our programs across the country. We have helped young people save over $300,000 and set over 1,000 saving goals.

Below is how you’ll exhibit your awesomeness in this role:
The Basics:
Manage personal and business calendars. This includes adding appointments, meetings and reminders.
Manage my personal and business email. This includes responding to messages within 24 hours and any ad hoc messaging. Eventually, this person will be able to respond to emails on my behalf.
Managing ad hoc requests from our team through Slack.
Attend and create action plans for weekly project meetings
The Extras:
Manage all projects in Trello.
Manage administrative tasks in HubSpot.
Manage job postings and contracts in Upwork
Managing personal calendar including child practices, parent teacher conferences and more.
Some data entry will be required.
Bonus Tasks:
Design ad hoc flyers, presentations, logos, etc. in Canva
Assist in managing administrative responsibilities in eCourse platforms, Mailchimp and Shopify.
Research and investigation for prospecting, operational challenges, etc.
We will solely use Slack for our communication.
