The BB Gun & Archery day will be on Saturday, Sept 21, from 9am through 1:00 pm or so at 8457 Charlotte Pike.

That's longer than our DE marked on the sign-up site, so if Pack 40 comes out a little later, it's likely to be less crowded - come at 11am, not 9am, if you would, to shorten up wait times. Also, sometimes google and apple maps will send you to the wrong place, so I've displayed the correct location below.

Wear closed-toed shoes (required for shooting sports), sunscreen, and bug spray. Particularly put bug spray on your feet and ankles for this location - trust me on this.

Who is ready for the Nashville Sounds Scout Night! Here is the information for all parents and youth to look over before coming out to the game!

We are excited for you to participate in our pregame parade and get your patches. For the parade, please meet under the Guitar Scoreboard by 5:40 if you wish to participate. The parade will start promptly at 5:45.

If you purchased a sleepover ticket, get your commemorative patch by bringing your ticket to the table set up behind section 122.
Before you pack your bags, please read and be aware of the following information to make your night enjoyable.

What to bring:
If you are sleeping over, please bring your sleeping bag and a tent. Power will NOT be provided for air mattresses.

Where to put your gear during the game:
We ask all troops to keep your overnight gear in the car until after the game. We will give everyone the opportunity to go back and re-enter the ballpark for the sleepover. We will be using the right field gate from Rep. John Lewis Way.

Where to park:
Pricing around First Horizon Park can vary from $10.00 per vehicle or higher. We recommend parking in the garage located on the corner of Rep. John Lewis Way and Harrison Street.
We recommend moving your car to our Suite Holder lot after the game to park overnight and minimize walking distance with your camping gear. You will not be allowed to park in the garage overnight.
For those staying at the ballpark, restrooms and water bottle filling stations will be open on the third base concourse. All other restrooms will be closed for nightly cleaning.

What NOT to bring:
The Nashville Sounds have requested no bug spray and no stakes for your tents. We want to keep the field looking great! Rain repellent on tents is also not permitted.

Sunday Morning:
As you pack up in the morning, we will have donuts for everyone to enjoy. We ask that everyone please be packed up and out of the stadium by 8 a.m.

West district isn’t having a day camp this year (hopefully an adventure day 6/11, details being worked out) but the our Percy Priest or Natchez Trace camps aren’t too far and are going to be a great time!

Best day camp value in Nashville!

Notes:
*Rising kindergartners and 1st graders are required to have an adult partner 18+ daily (can be a different person every day)

*Parent volunteers are always needed at camp, if you can donate a day (if you have a rising 2nd grader or above) please do!

*I chose not to run day camp this year (happy to share details, just PM me.) I offered to help train the new director(s) and help staff the camp, but council was unable to secure anyone. I am hoping to lead the Adevnture Day 6/11, I’m just waiting to get confirmation on a location. If it comes together it will be like one fun filled day of day camp! Shooting sports, belt loops, songs, etc.
