Are you interested in expanding the Gemach's mission? Tzedaka is an amazing mitzvah, a free loan actually supersedes the effect of giving tzedaka by multiplying your mitzvah in an unlimited manner. View it as an investment. As long as your money is in the Gemach you are a partner in helping members of Nashville's Middle Tennessee Jewish community in their time of need - and reaping multiple mitzvahs. Ahavat Chesed, written by the Chofetz Chayim describes this marvel!

Please reach out to us if a) You want to place some funds in the Gemach to be lended out at no interest or b) You need money!

A Gemach or Gemilas Chesed Society provides short-term interest free loans or may also lend out objects that somebody requires on a short-term basis. We are focusing on the monetary aspect and providing qualified individuals the opportunity to obtain short-term loans (repayable in 30-60 or 90 days) based on defined criteria.
