Over the last two days, Smiles on Wheels was proud to take part in an amazing community outreach event aboard the Delta Dental Foundation bus, sponsored by Upper Peninsula Health Plan! 💚🦷

We were honored to work alongside Munising Memorial Hospital and SMP National Resource Center to connect with community members, share resources, and promote better health throughout the community.

A huge thank you to all of the organizations involved for their teamwork, dedication, and commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of those we serve. We are stronger when we work together! 🙌🏼

🌟 Our Smiles on Wheels team had a wonderful time attending the Marquette Health Fair, where we connected with community members, networked with other local organizations, and explored opportunities to collaborate in expanding access to oral health services.

Throughout the event, we offered free fluoride varnish treatments and shared information about the importance of preventive dental care for children and families. We also had the opportunity to discuss our Serving Seniors Grant, which helps bring oral health education and assessments to older adults in our communities.

We are grateful for the chance to work alongside so many dedicated vendors and organizations who share our commitment to improving health and wellness across the Upper Peninsula. Together, we can continue building partnerships that make a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.
