T226 had the honor to be part of the welcome back crew for 80 Veterans who participated in the Collier Lee Honor Flight last night.

If you are not familiar with Honor Flights - the veterans and their sponsor flew to DC yesterday for a whirlwind day visiting all the war monuments and then flew back home. They had to report at 3am and we left the airport about 11pm - a long emotional day for them and so many were in tears that we were at RSW welcoming them home.

To make it even more special - our Senior Patrol Leader Scout Roman and his dad escorted their Grandpa and his bestie - 3 generations got to experience this together - get chills just thinking about that honor!

The scouts shook the hands of every Veteran and thanked them for their service 🥹🇺🇸
