We're happy to support the work of Healthcare Network!

We’re excited to announce that Healthcare Network has received a generous grant from the Christ Child Society of Naples! 💝Thanks to their support, we can help even more families in our community!

This grant will allow us to provide 100 Pack ‘N Plays to underserved families, ensuring babies have a safe and comfortable place to sleep. It will also help us create Book Nooks at two of our pediatric practices in Golden Gate and Immokalee, transforming our spaces into welcoming environments where children can discover the joy of reading!

We are incredibly grateful to the Christ Child Society for helping us build a healthier, brighter future for the families we serve!

Check out the photos from our recent layette assembly event! Sixteen members of Christ Child Society of Naples got together for the fellowship of creating layettes for moms and babies in Collier County. They assembled a record-breaking 140 layettes!

Once we've assembled the layettes, we deliver them to Healthcare Network, where they are given to mothers in Naples and Immokalee.

Layettes are a signature part of each of the 45 Christ Child chapters throughout the United States.

Our Annual Founders Luncheon on February 6 at Grey Oaks is fast approaching. It will be a lovely event with an opportunity to renew friendships, dine on a delicious Grey Oaks lunch, and watch a fabulous fashion show featuring clothing from four Naples boutiques. There will be an opportunity to support Christ Child, and there is a matching anonymous grant for the first $50,000 raised!

Sarah Barber, Principal of Herbert Cambridge Elementary, sent us these wonderful pictures of her students enjoying the new playground equipment purchased with an anonymous donation from one of our members.

Ms. Barber says, "I wanted to share with you that all of our recess equipment has arrived and the students are beyond thrilled to be playing with it during recess. I put this photo collage together so that you could share it with the members of the Christ Child Society! The smiles and laughter were amazing!

Thank you again for supporting our school and making a difference in their lives each day."

When Sarah Barber, Principal of Herbert Cambridge Elementary school, spoke at our November meeting, we asked her what we could do to help her students. She said they would love activities and games to play at recess.

We're happy to report that one of our members made an anonymous donation to purchase toys for the playground! Now the kids have corn hole games, Connect 4, ladder toss, a pickleball net and paddles, a tic tac toe game, a bean bag bucket game and bucket ball AND two outdoor boxes to store all the fun games.

Thank you to the Christ Child Society of Naples for hosting a holiday drive to support our children and teens! Christ Child Society of Naples is a non-profit, multi-denominational association of involved volunteers dedicated to serving the needy children of Collier County.

Thank you to all the Christ Child Society of Naples members who volunteered to help at our layette assembly on Monday! We created 88 layettes for newborns in Collier County. The layettes, specified for baby boys and baby girls, have already been delivered to Healthcare Network. Half of them will be sent to Immokalee for distribution to underserved mothers there.

Layettes are an integral feature of all Christ Child Society chapters. Our members and friends knit and crochet the signature piece of the layette, a handmade baby blanket. Each layette also includes diapers, clothing, and baby books, as well as the book Bringing Baby Home, which teaches parenting skills and is available in English, Spanish and Creole.
