Hey everyone! We recently received a late donation from Zanies Comedy Club that we were unable to use in the raffles at our event at The Can Bar Naperville and we would like to pass them on!

Up for grabs is a 6 pack of tickets to either the Rosemont or Downtown Chicago location. There is a $3 service fee upon entry and 2 item minimum per ticket. They are good through December.

We will pick a random winner for all 6 tickets tomorrow, on Giving Tuesday 12/2 at 6pm!

Happy Thanksgiving ! We hope you are all enjoying a wonderful day with family and being reminded of all your blessings!

We are extremely thankful for all of you whether you shaved your head, donated, or just came out to support. We wanted to make sure all of our donations and paperwork were squared away with St. Baldrick's Foundation, and we are very proud to say that we surpassed out goal and raised $16,422 at our Kicking Childhood Cancer In The Can 2025 event!

A very special thanks to Men in Black Pest Control Services Inc. for your endless support and donations, Fudgie Wudgie Naperville for joining us at our event, donating fudge to our shavees and for a generous donation of proceeds, and to Signature Connection and the many businesses that donated to our silent auction and raffles which brought in over $4400 for kids fighting cancer!

Of course a great big thanks to Matt Rocush, Sandra Rocush and Rod Peterson for hosting at The Can Bar Naperville and to Bob Wiltgen, Erin Buck Martin , Michelle Lankford, Kathryn Stapleton , Lauren Hicks, Mandy Moess , Margaret Gibbons who all helped to make sure the day ran smoothly! (I really hope I didn't forget a shout out to anyone)

Hey everyone! We are still waiting on a few last minute donations to roll in but I am proud to say we surpassed $16,000, which means we broke our goal 💛 Update to follow once those donations come in, but remember, donations can still be given through the end of the year if you know of anyone who would still like to donate to the shavees !

If anyone has any pictures of the event to share can I kindly ask that you message them to me, Dawn Fetro. There are a few I missed so I'm hoping someone out there captured some of those moments!

Sorry for the delay in announcements and pictures . I promise to work on that but I ended up under the weather on Sunday and still trying to feel better.

I am happy to announce that we BEAT OUR GOAL ! Right now with pending deposits and donations, we are at $15,961 !!!!

Today is the day! Don't let the rain hold you back as our Kicking Childhood Cancer In The Can 2025 event is now indoors at the new location at 634 E. Ogden The Can Bar Naperville . Kickoff starts at 2:00 and prize winners are chosen at 4:30. We have over 35 different raffles and 11 silent auction items all donated by generous people and businesses. We have sports memorabilia, a Taylor Swift signed CD, prestige cosmetics, a kids bike, an 11 signature 500 homerun club baseball, plenty of gift cards for restaurants and family fun and much more!

We will alao have our friends from Fudgie Wudgie Naperville to satisfy your sweeth tooth and will be donating 10% of sales!

This past weekend, we had the honor of meeting Rudy Ruettiger at Hollywood Casino Joliet IL during a Notre Dame watch party. Talk about being in the right place at the right time! What an inspiration, as I'm sure most of you who have seen the movie "Rudy" totally understand! Rudy always chased his big dreams, and never gave up, which is exactly why we keep doing what we do, so kids fighting cancer can do the same!

As I was talking with Rudy and asking him to sign something for our St. Baldrick's Foundation event, he called over Tim from Signature Connection and said to do something great for us. Tim was kind enough to donate a jersey signed by Rudy for our silent auction! So amazing! I know that whoever places that winning bid, will completely understand the special connection between Rudy's story, the jersey and our fight to end childhood cancer!

Be sure to come out to our Kicking Childhood Cancer In The Can 2025 event on Sat. 9/13 at 2 pm at The Can Bar Naperville for your chance to bid on this signed jersey and other great items, plus we have a bunch of other great raffles prizes!

Today starts Childhood Cancer Awareness month and we are less than 2 weeks out from our Kicking Childhood Cancer In The Can 2025 at The Can Bar Naperville on Sept 13th! f you haven't signed up with us to shave or cut and donate your hair, please consider it!

Every day, childhood is stolen from kids with cancer. Instead of playing, laughing, and learning, too many spend their days in hospitals facing tough treatments. Every donation goes directly to St. Baldrick's Foundation and funds research for cures and helps give kids the childhood they deserve.

Ahhh !! We are less than 2 months out from our St. Baldrick's Foundation Kicking Childhood Cancer In The Can 2025 event at The Can Bar Naperville on Sat Sept 13th. Here's what we are in need of :

- Heads and beards to shave, haircuts to donate ( 8 inches or longer) ! If you are considering signing up to shave, please do so soon as it helps quite a bit in planning AND to get your fundraising link shared to help raise funds. After all , this is the reason for the event 💲

- Don't want to shave, that's ok - we can definitely use help the day of event with set up, raffles , runner for participants, etc. I promise I will do my best not to be a crazy lady that day! With extra hands, it certainly helps for things to run smoother and alleviate the crazy!😁

-DONATIONS! Not only are cash donations welcome and much needed , but anything that can be donated to our raffles greatly helps as every dollar raised from the raffles goes directly to The St. Baldrick's Foundation. All donations, cash or in-kind are tax deductible.
Please share this with anyone who might be able to donate on behalf of their business ( gift cards, photography, salon services, house cleaning services, hand made items, etc)❤️
