Meet Hakan Kostek, founder of 🍕Alongside his family, bringing bold flavors and Detroit-style pizza to Napa with serious craft and consistency.

What started as Napa Baking Company at the farmers market, serving sourdough bread, pretzel buns, and wood-fired pizza quickly built a loyal following. As demand grew, so did the vision…leading to the opening of Croccante. By introducing Detroit-style pizza to Napa, Hakan created something different in a crowded market and today, that early community continues to show up and support. 🙌

At Croccante, it’s all about consistency and flavor. Every bite from their signature pizzas to garlic knots—delivers the same quality every time, while still evolving with new offerings like brunch, cocktails, Georgian bread, and chilaquiles. And fun fact: Hakan might care a little too much about the foam on his beer. 🍺
