We are incredibly proud to announce that a Carvers Bay student has been selected to serve on the 2026–2027 PBS News Student Reporting Labs (SRL) Student Advisory Team!

After receiving applications from students across the United States, PBS News SRL selected just 25 students nationwide for this incredible opportunity!

As a member of the Student Advisory Team, our Bear will work alongside PBS News SRL staff, connect with guest speakers, provide feedback on upcoming content, strengthen pitching and journalism skills, and build a professional network and portfolio while contributing to special SRL projects.

What an AMAZING opportunity to represent Carvers Bay on a national level!
