💥GREAT NEWS💥

We are beyond grateful to share that a 30x50 steel building has been donated to help us launch an exciting upcoming initiative for the youth we serve. The building pictured is similar to the one that was donated and will soon be coming to our property.

Special thanks to Bigbee Steel Buildings for partnering with us on this incredible project and believing in our mission.

While the building has been donated, we still need support with site prep, concrete, utilities, and installation to help bring this vision to life.

We had an amazing time with the Z Factor Leadership Club students at L.E. Willson Elementary School during our trip to Main Event! Even at a young age, these students continue to go above and beyond to serve their school, community, and fellow classmates with such positive attitudes and leadership.

This incredible group of young leaders has such a bright future ahead, and we are truly grateful for the opportunity to pour into their lives, encourage their growth, and watch them shine. The laughter, teamwork, memories, and leadership moments throughout the day made this experience so special.

Words can hardly describe the incredible field trip we took with Tanner High School students from our Z Factor Leadership Club to the Birmingham Civil Rights Institute.

This experience was much more than just a fun outing. Our students chose this trip because they wanted to learn more about the courage, sacrifice, and history that helped shape the world we live in today. The experience was inspiring, educational, and unforgettable.

These students have worked tremendously hard this year serving their schools, communities, and fellow classmates through leadership and service. Watching them learn, grow, reflect, laugh, and enjoy time together made this trip truly special.

One thing is certain... the future is in great hands with these outstanding young leaders.

What an amazing field trip to the Birmingham Zoo with our Z Factor Leadership Club students from Sheffield Junior High School and Sheffield High School! The day was filled with fun, laughter, teamwork, and unforgettable memories.

This was definitely a well deserved trip for this hardworking and phenomenal group of students. We are so proud of the leadership, service, and growth they have shown throughout the school year. From serving their schools and community to encouraging one another, these students continue to inspire us all. The future is bright and we are grateful to be part of their journey.

We had an incredible day with our Z-Factor Leadership Clubs from Lauderdale County High School, both junior high and high school students.

Our time at U.S. Army Redstone Test Center was powerful. The students learned about missile systems and even witnessed a live demonstration, which was unforgettable. We wrapped up the day at Topgolf with fun, food, and great fellowship.

Big thanks to Mr. Galliday, Ms. Bowman, our Z-Factor coaches, Lauderdale County High School staff, and our Lauderdale County Z-Factor Leadership club community partners for helping make this day possible.

These students continue to show commitment, growth, and leadership through their service and dedication. We are proud of them and excited for what is ahead.

On April 10th, we had the opportunity to take our Z Factor Leadership Club from Deshler Middle School to the Cook Museum of Natural Science in Decatur, Alabama. It was an amazing and educational experience, and the students truly enjoyed every moment.

We are proud of this group for their hard work, commitment to community service, and growth in leadership. It has been great to see each of them continue to develop.

We’re so proud of our students at Deshler Middle School!

Recently, they chose to lead with gratitude by creating a meaningful service project centered around appreciation. Each student took the time to write personalized cards to teachers who have made a real impact in their lives. Every message was heartfelt, intentional, and full of emotion.

To see the reaction from the teachers was something special. You could feel the joy, the appreciation, and the reminder that what they do truly matters.

Moments like this show the power of leadership, kindness, and taking time to honor those who pour into us daily.

Proud of these students for choosing to make a difference in such a genuine way.

A HUGE shoutout to our Sheffield Junior High School Z Factor Leadership Club — they are absolutely dominating!

Yesterday’s session was nothing short of phenomenal. Our facilitators and students came together for an amazing experience filled with leadership, teamwork, growth, and powerful connection.

Session after session, this club continues to raise the bar as they pour into one another, build confidence, strengthen character, and develop the skills needed to lead both now and in the future.

We are beyond grateful for the hard work, dedication, and commitment shown by every student and facilitator involved. The energy, passion, and consistency in this club is truly inspiring, and the impact is undeniable.

The future is bright, and these young leaders are proving that greatness starts with the decisions they make today.
