This is about real people, real families, and real support where it counts. From strengthening neighborhood connections to creating resources that help families thrive, the focus stays on building something that lasts beyond a moment.

We’re excited to highlight our Stars on the Porch fundraising event coming up August 27th—a night dedicated to coming together, raising support, and investing right back into the families who make this community what it is.

When the porch lights come on, the mission is simple: show up, give back, and keep Thriving Together TN moving forward.

A huge thank you to our partner agency, Renewed Life Ministries, for sending a team to help move furniture for families moving into housing. This is the power of nonprofits working together—combining resources, sharing strengths, and showing up for families when it matters most.

When organizations collaborate, our community becomes stronger and families have a better chance to thrive. We are grateful to work alongside partners who believe in making a real difference. 💙
