Tennessee State Veterans’ Homes are top-rated skilled nursing facilities with four locations across the State of Tennessee.

Dedicated to serving Tennessee’s veterans, spouses/widows and Gold Star Parents with long and short-term nursing home level care, all locations offer customized care plans, veteran camaraderie and VA financial assistance to eligible veterans. TSVH offers short-term rehabilitation and long-term care options for honorably discharged veterans, veteran spouses, and Gold Star parents. The facilities ar

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Hearts for Heroes Community Open House at Tennessee State Veterans’ Home Murfreesboro last week!

Our residents and staff had such a wonderful time meeting all of you, enjoying delicious food, and listening to fabulous music. It was truly a special day filled with connection, laughter, and community spirit.

We’re honored to celebrate Army veteran and resident, Mr. John Frost—a true musical talent with an incredible story. As a member of The Four Guys, he performed on some of country music’s biggest stages, including the legendary Grand Ole Opry!
