Kelly G Rollins, President of Community Foundation of Rutherford County, has been named to the Tennessee State Board of Education, Board of Directors. Kelly will serve the 4th Congressional District with his 5-year appointment starting on April 1, 2026.

Welcome to the State Board of Education, Kelly G Rollins! Appointed by Lt. Governor Randy McNally, Rollins will represent Tennessee's 4th Congressional District, with his term officially beginning April 1, 2026.

"Kelly brings decades of leadership experience and a strong commitment to serving Tennessee communities," said Sara Morrison, executive director of the Tennessee State Board of Education. "We look forward to his perspective and are pleased to welcome him to the State Board."
