We’re excited to introduce the NEW Women’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at Doors of Hope! 💚

This program provides compassionate, specialized support for women seeking recovery from substance use in a safe and encouraging group environment.

📅 First group begins April 22, 2026
🕠 Monday–Thursday | 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM
📍 Murfreesboro, TN

We accept most major insurance plans, including TennCare, and also offer affordable self-pay options.
