Our mobile unit is still in the shop and will not be able to make it to any of our stops this week (Bloomfield, Chaplin, New Hope, New Haven). We hope to be able to make up these stops and the ones we missed last week at Nazareth and Ashberry if we get the mobile back in time to do so next week.
If you are in need of food please come see us at the pantry (if you are unable to get to the pantry someone may shop for your family with your permission).

The Mobile unit is in the shop and will be unable to make it to Nazareth Village or Ashberry tomorrow. If you typically visit the mobile in either of those locations we invite you to visit us at the pantry, and watch for further updates on this page.

This fundraiser has gone extremely well! We are within a couple hundred dollars of surpassing $5000 through this post and other donations. The fundraiser ends on Monday the 20th so any last donations will put us over 2.5 times our original goal! We are blessed to have such a generous community helping support Bread for Life!! Thank you so much

Apologies to the Food on the Move folks in Ashberry this afternoon...family emergency cut our day short and will impact tomorrow's day at New Hope and New Haven. Also still working on getting the AC working in the mobile. We will reschedule New Hope and New Haven for next Wed the 22nd.

Sorry again for the inconveniences. We're making progress but we continue with growing pains of our new mobile unit. Air Conditioning is critical.

St. Gregory Church is holding a Fancy Hat Tea with proceeds going to the Bread For Life Community Food Pantry! What a wonderful gesture!!! So get yourself ready with your fancy headwear and enjoy some community fellowship for a good cause. Many Thanks.

Welcome to May! We've been making some improvements at the Pantry. New glass front freezers to help shoppers see the selection and save energy. Some shifting of food items/cases to make the shopping flow better. New for May also we have reversed direction of shopping to hit produce first and eliminate a frequent back up of shoppers in the meat and produce area! Now each shopper will have some space to their own as they self-shop for their family. Any other ideas? let us know. March and April were a little slow...come on back, we're stocked up and here for you.
