A quick update
It's been 3 weeks since the apartment fire and 3 families are still searching for permanent homes. Last week's weather delayed the search, but we are hopeful and appreciate your prayers and support.

Family update:
Jessica's family is still in emergency housing and desperate to find her and her boys a home. She has three sons, ages 3, 9, and 12. They're desperately looking for any available rental as well as assistance with deposits, furniture and food. Jessica is also looking for a job with flexible hours. I know this storm has us all preoccupied, but I beg you, please keep these families on your minds and in your hearts and reach out if you know of someone that may be able to help. As a reminder, we have an account through First Security for funds and a storage unit for any larger donations. Stay safe and warm tonight ❤️

Family update:
Samantha and her children were able to get a new home! They’re now in a permanent residence! Thanks to donations from our community, she was able to cover the deposit for a little home and collect enough food, furniture and toiletries to keep them through the next scary weeks.

My apologies for not posting yesterday. My health is not the best and my body put me into a forced rest.

We are so grateful and appreciative for every kindness and especially the prayers. Please pray for the children of the families. They are struggling.

At Gamma House, every woman is on a different part of her journey.

Some have just arrived and are finally able to rest Maybe for the first time in months they are allowing their nervous systems to slow down and their hearts to breathe.
Some are working through paperwork and appointments so they can get a job, go back to school, or begin chasing dreams they once thought were lost.
Some are bravely facing childhood trauma.
Some are confronting addiction head-on.
Some are searching for employment and stability.

Wherever these women are in their journey, each one has a purpose. At Gamma House, we have the privilege of walking beside them sowing seeds of hope, healing, and new beginnings into every life that comes through our doors.

Please continue to lift these women up in your prayers. Your prayers matter more than you know. 🌻💛
