You guys! What a way to end a weekend!

I'm going to get heat for another long post that most won't read, lol but sometimes things can't all be said or covered in a short post :-) .

Even with all the rain yesterday, you still showed up and showed out! I am over the moon and you're visits are helping me show my hubby we can make this much more sustainable without having to close, just by making a few changes.

My heart is so full from all the visitors we have had to the farm these last 3 weekends and your feedback and reviews are much appreciated. I am happy to know we are doing something that our community is embracing and we want to continue to grow and be part of this beautiful community.

We will offer tours during the week for $10/person and Pre-scheduled tours on the weekends are $5/person. 2 and under is free.

Share your pictures with us, we love to see the farm through your eyes, it helps us to keep things top notch, always finding growth forward, for the animals, ensuring each has more than they need.

Mountain Home's own Petting Zoo and Educational Animal Center, wants to become a fixture in this community, and a lot of behind the scenes is happening to ensure both the animals comfort and visitor experience. Mini goats, baby goats, mini pigs, tons of bunnies, chickens, ducks, turkeys, guinea pigs, ponies and mini horses, adoptable dogs and cats, reptiles and small exotics like ferrets, hedgehogs, and sugar gliders.

We are open today from 1 to 6pm. We are trying to clean up from the storm, everything is still pretty wet, but we are going to open still. Definitely wear shoes that can get dirty. Today we have Aiden here helping with the animals and tours! Please park in the dirt lot that is accessible from christensen and bordered by large logs, if you need handicap or closer parking for medical reasons, go ahead and pull into the driveway and one of us will direct you on where to park.

You can come any time between 1 and 6, but the listed times will be the guided tours.

After some experience now, and visitor feedback, I am going to do tours at scheduled times, and will book up to 20 people per time slot, If you show up during an ongoing tour, please wait until the next tour starts to jump in. Enjoy the outdoor areas while you wait or feed goats through the fence. The time slots will work as follows:

Saturday:
- 1:00 pm-2:30pm 20/20 Spots Available
- 2:45 pm - 4:00 pm 20/20 Spots Available
and our last tour at:
- 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm 20/20 Spots available
Sunday:
- 1:00 pm-2:30pm 6/20 Spots Available
- 2:45 pm - 4:00 pm 18/20 Spots Available
and our last tour at:
- 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm 20/20 Spots available

Comment the time slot you want to come and I will add you to the list until we reach 20 people per time slot. I chose this number because I really don't think I will get 20 people per tour consistently, if at all, this is a small town lol its growing, but not that fast. So there should be plenty of availability for any of the time slots you need.

You are welcome to come before your tour time, or stay after your tour time, to revisit any of the animal zones (Please no entering enclosures without approval from a staff member.) but you are welcome to view them through the cage and interact with them from outside the enclosure, should they choose to come to the fence to interact. Of course, you can also enjoy any of our outdoor family gathering areas and outdoor games.

We pride ourselves on having clean pens, friendly well socialized animals, fresh water in clean bowls changed daily - no algae or debris, and larger than standard requirements for the sizes of our animal areas, for each animal group, providing quality enrichment, diets and veterinary care.

It's not too late to make our last group tour spot of the day, tour starts at 6pm! It takes about an hour and a half. Must contact prior to coming so we can ensure everyone has a great experience!

Booking tours for tomorrow now!
1st tour of the day will start at 1pm,
then at 230pm,
and final tour group starts at 4pm to close (6pm).

Feel free to come before your tour or stay after your tour, and use the picnic benches we have nestled under the trees surrounded by open space, with visible animal enclosures around you for relaxing entertainment.
We are building up our supply of yard games (will take gently used hand me downs if you have some to offer) for your family to play or challenge each other too.
The kids, small or big ;-) , can play a round of tetherball or giant connect four. We will have our bubble machines going, country music or kids bop playing off in the background, just an amazing day to share with friends and family, and interacting with animals.

**Please note: Parking is in a dirt lot accessible via christensen. Depending on the direction you are coming, it is either before the stop sign or shortly after it. We are working at better signage and we thank you for your patience!

We offer cold drinks and cottage good snacks with the below prices. My kids run this stand so please be patient and kind, they are very proud of it and hope to raise funds for their sports programs
