Thank you the community!

This morning I received a call asking if we still assist after house fires. The answer is YES the The Community Strong Project is still running strong. Today we are helping a family of 3 who lost their entire home to a fire near Grove Springs. They will be sent blankets, pillows, dishes, socks, tons of hygiene products all 100% donated by you, the community.

This right here is why I have always said we have hands down the best community ever. Thank you all for helping to make this idea I had a reality and now together we are helping those in need after tragedy strikes.

Ok have studied many models and different weather sights.

Again, we are NOT meteorologists we are just trying our best to keep our community safe.

Notice the tornado watch ends at Webster County. We feel that yes when these storms fire off they may be severe. However as they move across Missouri and closer to Wright county these storms begin to merge which means Supercells will dissolve. This is a good thing!

Round 1 should still hit sometime after 11 to 01:00 though strong we don't feel there will be a threat. The second round should hit sometime after 06:00. We feel it may still be a very good thunderstorm maybe some small hail and wind but as far as severe it just seems these storms will begin to lose structure and strength as they cross over into the Wright County area.

As data from weather balloons and such will be sent up later and we will get the best timing and information as these storms finally begin to develop. Sometime after 10 (22:00) we will do the final information post. UNLESS storms become more powerful and the need to stay up and monitor occurs.

If we see something changing and storms stay together longer, we will be up throughout the night monitoring.

Last night around 8:30 I was contacted about a house fire in the Macomb area where a gentleman lost his home due to a house fire. So this morning got everything gathered up from your donations from The Community Strong Project and will be delivered this morning!

This fire was started by a grass fire that spread to his home and burned some other structures on that land. Please no outside burning today!

Hey folks, I know people followed for weather and public situations.

Well, I'm back to running the Firehouse page. So you can still catch all the updates there! As many noticed even though I was still keeping up with the Community Strong Project I didn't do so well posting here. That's on me. I promise being back on the fire page. I will do my very best to keep things updated.
