We are very excited to announce that we now have a new location just down the street at 205 East Chestnut Street, that will allow us to expand services to more families in need! We are still in the process of making some changes, planning to paint and add a stove in the kitchen etc but here is what we have so far!

That’s the vision National Parents Organization is fighting for in every state.

🚦 Mount Vernon Safety Town, Grades K-3 🛑

Children entering Kindergarten through 3rd grade are invited to experience Safety Town—a fun, life-size community designed to teach safe biking habits through hands-on learning. This interactive event is presented in partnership with the Mount Vernon Police Department, local schools, and area businesses. 🚲

The Knox County Fair Board has done it again! They have donated free admission passes to the families that I work with, we are so grateful! Here’s to another great fair season!

I work with the Knox County family courts doing supervised visitations for families going through divorce and custody battles or that have endured Domestic Violence or Parental Alienation. I have a local office where we do these visits. We are approaching our 2nd year providing these services. I love being able to advocate for kids going through these kinds of trying times in their families. I am currently looking for possible donations of board games, card games, outdoor toys, outdoor furniture, outdoor swing, dvds, office desk, an electric stove and a coffee table. I can provide a donation receipt for your tax purposes if you would like. I truly appreciate anything and your consideration with this request. If nothing else please keep these kids and families in mind as these are difficult cases to navigate and often span a year and beyond that I am working with them. Thank you!
