Josiah And Ezra’s Christmas Tree Blessings

It’s official! We are headed home with an empty car but full hearts! We were able to donate 30 trees to families who excitedly took them to enjoy together. We donated OVER 30 sets of decorations (as some families needed those and not a tree); 31 total Bibles and 30 Christmas Books this year!! But mostly, we prayed with and for well over 30 families reminding them that these gifts are from God and that the greatest joy and gift is from Him! While the happiness from a Christmas tree is real, it is fleeting. We pray that the everlasting joy from knowing God and reading His word will be the real result of these smiles we saw today.

Thank you all so so much for your prayers for this project and for these families as well as your support! We are God’s hands and feet and you guys all helped make this happen! Thank you for helping us share His light even if in such a small way!

2025 Round TWO!
We are setting up this morning at Life Choices Rowan to bless up to 11 more families this year!! Please pray for these families that they feel God’s love and blessings this Christmas. ♥️ We know that He has this all planned out and that He’s already gone before us and has folks in mind. We pray that we find these folks and that they will grow closer to Him through His word and the sweet gifts you all have helped us provide. Thank you!!

We are so grateful for each of you! Today we were able to pray over 22 families and donated 22 trees with all the decorations with a Bible and Christmas book at the Boys & Girls Club-The Piedmont! We are so thankful for the help in connecting with families who needed and wanted a tree! We pray each of these families will know God loves them and will grow closer to Him through His Word!

We have 8 trees left and 3 kits of decorations. We will be reaching out to local groups to find homes for them! ❤️ 🎄 if you know of someone, let us know!!

Today is the day!!! We had to reschedule coming up from Thursday to today due to the snow and high winds. But, today proved to be a gorgeous day to travel! Roads were clear but we got to see some beautiful snow! We are so thankful for Mr. Dee and Gwen Clark at Christmas Corner for working with us to provide these trees! We were able to get 30 trees thanks to each of your donations and we are so excited to have surpassed our goal of 25! Thank you! Prayers as we plan on distributing them on Monday. Which, is projected to be a less than desirable weather day. 🥶 Thanks to PawPaw for driving us here and hauling the trees for us while Jason is at the market.

Yesterday evening the boys had a surprise visit from Tori from Statesville AgSouth Farm Credit with a donation from their office!!! ♥️ We are so incredibly thankful for each and every donation and cannot wait to provide these trees and Bibles to families that God has chosen! Thank you AgSouth Farm Credit for choosing our project to support! We are so thankful!!

Y’all! God is good and we appreciate you all so so much for your prayers and your support!! We wanted to give you all an update: Giving Tuesday turned out to be an awesome day for our fundraising efforts. Every donation, no matter the amount, is big to us and makes a smile on these sweet children’s faces! Thank you to ALL who have donated!!! We are at $1470 so we are so close to our goal!! 🙏
Today, we were contacted by Michelle from Patterson Farm Market & Tours, Inc. that they had 25 stands to donate to our cause! So amazing! 🤩 🌲

The second photo shows so many of your donations coming together as we prepare for the big day! Dec 15th we will go to the Boys and Girls Club in Statesville to share God’s love and Hope for Christmas!

We thank you all so much! Keep Praying! We know that there are 25 families out there that God has already picked and we pray that He leads us to them and that this will be something to let them know He loves them and cares for them!

It’s giving Tuesday!! We are over halfway there to meeting our goal!! The biggest hurdle right now is we cannot find the tree stands we were getting from Walmart for $8 for fresh cut trees. All we can find now are around $14 which really increases our cost. So, if you have old, good stands that are for small (4-6ft trees) and you don’t need yours - we could sure use them! OR if you find a deal- let us know!!

Consider giving today! And help us bless 25 families in our community with not just a tree, but a reminder of God’s love as they read a story of Christmas and Hope as a family!

It is official! 2025 Josiah & Ezra's Christmas Blessings NonProfit Goal is set and Fundraiser has began! If God puts it on your heart to help these boys raise enough to provide a fresh cut Christmas Tree with lights, ornaments, tree stand, tree skirt and tree topper WITH a family book about the true meaning of Christmas AND a Bible for the Family we would be so very grateful!
Our contact at Statesville B&G Club has retired so we are waiting to hear back from them to see if we will be setting up there this year. If not, we have another option and will pivot to that. Either way, the boys are excited to share God's Love this Christmas!
