Until black communities stop putting people in office who are not qualified for the job, we will continue to remain in the same place dealing with the same issues. Just because they have a degree does make them qualified, but their input into understanding the needs of the communities for which they desire to serve first as servant leaders, then as a community activist concerned about all zip codes not just their elite friends, businesses, and silos .
