Thank you for documenting. This is me in 1975 to 1978, I was not lost but abducted back to the Philippines because of my DPC Birth Certificate issued by the Philippine Supreme Court and US Supreme Court Retrieval of Adoption with only 3 months in the USA and 9 months in Pacific Island, back and forth complying with the US SUPREME COURT RETRIEVAL OF ADOPTION UP TO YEAR 2000.
