From our partners in India, they write: "I thank you for your kind help to provide water in a village where people are suffering without access to safe drinking water. We have installed a borehole well here and provided the villagers with a water treatment device. The name of the village is Harvard Palani and there are 450 village families that live here. Your help is a great blessing to the people. That all send their thanks to you"
A local event held last month in Mt Pleasant now impacts lives half a world away on the global stage-AMAZING!

A Water Walk took place in Mount Pleasant, Iowa on May 31st at the Maple Leaf track. A total of $1668.00 was raised and a well is currently being prepared to be installed in an Indian Village. We are excited to have so many participate in this local event with a global impact! Stay tuned for more photos, news articles and pictures of the well in the weeks to come...

Two years. This village in India has been requesting a well and a water treatment device for the past two years. Water Walk participants made it possible to provide both to these beautiful people.

The 6th annual walk was held on Thursday April 21, 2016. Once again participants gathered on the grounds of Iowa Wesleyan University with one goal; come together and walk to provide safe water to the world!
Around 100 people participated with dozens of volunteers and many more donating.
A total of $9616.37 was raised though the generosity and partipation of likeminded people committed to do what it takes, and play a part in a mission greater than one person.

Thank you once again to our sponsors this year and to Amy Becker Photography for the amazing photos captured.

We are thrilled to report that already funds have been dispersed to India and Uganda to install water wells in the coming weeks!

Together we are making a lasting difference and watering a thirsty world.
