🐾 WE NEED HELP! 🐾

I’ve been working on TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) in a large, unfixed community for months, and I desperately need help getting this project back on track.

The biggest challenge is that the community itself is unwilling to contribute financially toward TNR. Many residents complain about the growing cat population, but unfortunately, very few are willing to contribute toward the solution.

I had to step away for a period of time because the donations and funding available to me simply cannot be used to support one community alone.

Sadly, while I was away, the cat population continued to grow — and now I’m paying the price for the delay. There are even more cats than before, and I’m facing a new batch of 20+ cats who urgently need TNR.

Over the past year, I have personally helped TNR close to 75 cats in this development, including paying out of my own pocket for many of them. But I simply cannot afford to cover another 20+ cats on my own.

💔 As a trapper, this situation is heartbreaking. I know these cats need help, and I want to do everything I can, but my hands are tied without financial support.

So I’m reaching out to the community for donations, fundraising ideas, sponsorship opportunities, or connections to organizations that may be willing to help.

🧘‍♀️ I’m also happy to offer yoga fundraisers in exchange for donations or fundraising opportunities. If you know of a business, organization, studio, community group, or event that may be interested in hosting one, please reach out!

Every dollar helps get another cat fixed and prevents more kittens from being born into an already overwhelming situation. ❤️🐈

❤️‍🩹 Rescue Story — When Time Was of the Essence

I received a call last week from a woman desperately looking for help.
Her rescued kitty had been diagnosed with FIP that very day and had already received emergency care. She needed medication from Stokes Pharmacy in Mount Laurel, but she lived more than two hours away and wouldn’t be able to make it to the pharmacy before closing. She searched local rescues in Mount Laurel and reached out to me.
Time was truly of the essence. Thankfully, Stokes had the medication in stock.

After speaking with her, I reached out to my fellow rescuer, who was able to pick up the prepaid medication for her. I then coordinated a meeting with the owner later that evening so she could get the medicine and make the long drive home.

She drove more than two hours each way to Pennsylvania that night for her kitty. That is love. ❤️

Her sweet boy is still in the critical window of his medication routine, so please keep him in your thoughts and prayers for a speedy healing and full recovery. 🙏🐾❤️‍🩹

This is what rescue is all about — helping each other, coming together, and doing whatever we can when an animal’s life depends on it.

Never underestimate the power of a helping hand. 🐾❤️

🐾 BINX UPDATE! 🐾💙

We’re so happy to share that Binx has been recovering well and has remained stable since his emergency vet visit last weekend. 🙏🐱

We are still seeking assistance with $350 to help cover the remainder of his medical bills. Every donation, no matter the amount, will make a difference.

We are beyond grateful for all of the love and support you have shown Binx and Angel Eyes Cat Rescue so far.

🚨 EMERGENCY — PLEASE KEEP BINX IN YOUR THOUGHTS 🐾💔

We had an emergency today with one of our foster cats, Binx. He suddenly became extremely lethargic and began having difficulty breathing.

We knew he needed immediate medical attention, so we rushed him to NorthStar Hospital for emergency care. 🏥🐱

After examination and testing, Binx was diagnosed with severe tracheal narrowing. He was discharged with several medications and will be closely monitored throughout the weekend. We will follow up with our primary veterinarian on Monday.

🙏 We could really use your help with Binx’s emergency vet bill of $1,191.74. Any amount, no matter how small, will help tremendously and assist in keeping the financial burden on Angel Eyes Cat Rescue to a minimum.

Please keep our sweet Binx in your thoughts and prayers as we get through this weekend. ❤️🐾

A BIG Ask for Our Kitties! 🐾❤️

We have a BIG ask!! We are in need of 16–22 lb bags of dry cat food again! 🐱🍽️

We continue to assist a dedicated feeder who has fallen on hard times while facing a cancer diagnosis and treatments. She has loyally cared for and fed 20+ cats on her property for years, and right now, she needs some help with the financial burden of keeping their bellies full.

It truly takes a village to care for these vulnerable kitties. ❤️

When the feeders these cats depend on are no longer able to provide for them, that’s when we come together. 🫶🐾

I’m sharing our Amazon Wishlist with some suggestions for dry food, but we would be incredibly grateful for any brand you’re considering donating. Every bag makes a difference!

This week, we were able to TNR several cats in need. 💕🐾

One of these sweet kitties was fortunate enough to transition indoors with the help of their feeder, giving them a safe and loving place to call home. 🏡❤️

Sadly, another kitty was at the end of his life. We made the difficult decision to humanely euthanize him, and he was surrounded by love and kindness in his final moments. 🌈🐾

Every life matters. Whether we are helping a cat find safety, providing medical care, or simply making sure they don’t have to leave this world alone, we will continue to be there for them.
