The team is comprised of students in grades 9 through 12, these dancers come from a variety of backgrounds and studios and share a common bond, their love of dance. RV Dance Team is one of a few high school dance teams in southern NJ and the only high school kick team in NJ. Throughout the year the dancers compete in competitions statewide, as well as, perform at various community events, dance sh
ows and televised events. Based on their performance at the National Dance Alliance summer camp at Towson University, teams are invited to participate in the national competition in Florida. We are two time National NDA Champions. In 2010 they placed first in the high kick category and in 2011 they won the team performance division. In 2012, the team placed 3rd in both the varsity variety and high kick categories. The RV Dance Team has also held the NJ state dance championship title for the past five years.
