The Seen and the Unseen
Oftentimes, the word “disability” invokes images of wheelchairs and individuals with limited mobility, but what about the special needs and disabilities or disorders we can’t see? If you have a minimum of five Scouts within your den, pack, troop, or crew, this next roundtable is for you! We will be discussing the importance of Joining Conferences, the language to use when speaking to Scouts, methods to addressing conflict, and how to adapt Scouting to ensure we are providing a top-quality program for all. Please join the Crossroads District Roundtable on Wednesday, May 14, 2025 at 201 Mantua Blvd. Mantua NJ 08051 to learn and discuss special needs and disabilities within our Scouting community.
