What a great service for seniors in Marathon County!

Did you know that Faith in Action of Marathon County offers friendly visits to seniors throughout our community?

We believe no one should feel alone. Through our Friendly Visiting program, volunteers provide companionship, conversation, and connection to seniors throughout our community.

We also offer:

✔️ Food pantry deliveries

✔️ Transportation services

✔️ Wellness checks

To qualify for services, individuals must:

• Be 60 years of age or older

• Live in Marathon County

• Meet our program eligibility requirements

Come Saturday to celebrate and learn more about this great addition to the Rosholt Community!

What will be happening at the "Big Dig Bash".
We plan on starting with a bit of ceremony. Honor the country and bless the building.
The "Bash" actually marks the official "kick-off" of our building and our fundraising campaign.
A listening tour from a couple of speakers who grew up in Rosholt and love the fair and support the building of this new gathering space.
The Rosholt Hills Century Association will be presented with the BIG $100,000 check as the result of our matching fund.
We will have on display the new renderings of the building.
The museum will be open for people to browse (Thank you Mr. Hitsman).
Come and enjoy free ice cream and root beer (limited amount so come earlty).
But most important of all, we want to thank everyone who has helped us get to this point. Our donors, both cash and in-kind, those have shared our posts, offered encouragement and have spread the word. Come and share your stories with us.
