🥎🔥 A Big Night for the Lady Potters! 🔥🥎

Congratulations to both our 10U and 12U teams on bringing home wins last night! 💙💪

The 12U doubleheader against Central Illinois Blitz featured one of the wildest games of the season. After a hard-fought battle, the game reached the end of the time limit tied at 10-10. Rather than ending in a tie, both teams agreed to play one more inning.

And then… the Lady Potters’ bats EXPLODED. 💥🥎

LPSC put up 10 runs in the top of the 6th to take control of the game. Central Illinois Blitz had one last chance to answer, but the Lady Potters locked things down with a 1-2-3 inning to seal the victory! 👏🔥

Talk about grit, resilience, and refusing to quit. What a team effort!

12U heads back to Normal tonight for an HOI Softball League doubleheader against 1:9 Legacy 11U beginning at 6:00 PM. These games will help wrap up the Lady Potters’ required HOI league schedule as they continue a strong season. 💪🥎

🏠 12U hosts a home doubleheader against Central Illinois Blitz 12U. Come out and support the girls as they defend home turf!

🚌 10U is hitting the road to IVC High School for a special opportunity to play on their NEW varsity turf field!

A huge thank you to IVC for inviting LPSC to be part of this fun night and giving our girls the chance to experience such a great facility. 👏🥎

🥎🩵 Thank You for a Great First Open Practice! 🩵🥎

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to our first open practice tonight! We loved seeing so many girls on the field, working hard, making new friends, and having fun together. 👏🥎

The energy was fantastic, and it looks like everyone had a great time. We’re excited for the next few weeks and can’t wait to continue introducing families to what LPSC is all about! 🩵

Missed tonight? No problem! There’s still plenty of time to join us. We’ll be hosting open practices every Monday in June, and the more the merrier! 😊

As a bonus, it was a beautiful evening, and some of the girls even got to do a little softball fishing in the pond after practice! 🎣🤣

We hope to see even more future Lady Potters next Monday! 🥎🩵

🥎🌟 MVP Spotlight! 🌟🥎

Congratulations to our LPSC 12U athletes who were awarded MVP honors during yesterday’s Leave Your Legacy Round Robin, hosted by 1:9 Legacy! 👏🩵

These awards are a reflection of the effort, attitude, and determination they brought to the field throughout the day.

While individual recognition is always exciting, we’re especially proud of the entire team. These girls played hard, competed through adversity, and showed real grit from start to finish. 💪🥎

Keep working, keep growing, and keep believing in each other. Great things happen when a team plays for one another! 🩵🔥

Our open practices are a great opportunity to:
✅ Meet our coaches
✅ Meet current athletes and families
✅ Ask questions
✅ Get a feel for how things are run
✅ See if LPSC is the right fit for your family

Open to players eligible for 8U, 10U, and 12U for the 2026-2027 season.

⏰ 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
📍 Cornerstone Baptist Church

Come to one practice or all four — whatever works best for your family!

Parents are welcome to stay and watch or drop off and return at the end of practice.

Before we look ahead to today, a big congratulations to our 10U Lady Potters for going 1-1 in yesterday’s HOI Round Robin! 🩵👏

Every inning is another opportunity to learn, grow, and compete, and these girls continue to do just that.

Now it’s 12U’s turn! The Lady Potters are headed to Normal today for the Leave Your Legacy Round Robin, hosted by 1:9 Legacy! 💪🥎

🥎☀️ It’s a Beautiful Day for Softball! ☀️🥎

10U is up and ready for their HOI Softball League Round Robin today! 🩵💪

We’re incredibly fortunate to have a space that allows us to host events like this and provide opportunities for teams to get their HOI regulation games in.

While you’re here, check out some of the exciting improvements to our fields! 👀

Thanks to the Morton Community Foundation Community Grant, we were able to:
✔️ Extend our backstop by 100 feet on each side
✔️ Purchase a portable outfield fence

These upgrades improve safety for both athletes and spectators while also reducing the burden on the grounds crew responsible for maintaining the property. 👏

None of this would be possible without our volunteer field committee, who spend countless hours maintaining the fields and creating a safe, beautiful place for our girls to practice and compete. Their hard work does not go unnoticed. 🩵🥎

Now let’s play some softball! 🔥

🥎🔥 Another Night of LPSC Softball! 🔥🥎

10U brought home another HOI league win last night against Central IL Select 10U! 🩵💪

This team continues to build momentum as they work toward wrapping up their required HOI league games. Keep grinding, girls! 👏🥎

12U battled hard against LGSA Jets Black in a tough 2-0 loss in game one, but answered back with a WIN in the second game of the doubleheader! 🔥

And honestly… who could be upset with a view like this?! ☀️🩵🥎
Blue skies, beautiful fields, and brand new fencing made for a pretty great night at the ballpark. 👀👏
